Files less than 17 MB in size may be sent by electronic mail as long as the mail service does not attempt to alter the files during transmission (e.g. AOL).

We strongly recommend that any file being sent by email be compressed using Stuffit (Mac) or WinZip (Windows) prior to attaching it to a message. IN NO CASE should the file be embedded within the body of the message.

Files should be sent to:
      production@datakey.org
with proper identifying information included in the body of the message.

Please remember to mail a printed proof of the material and the creation checklist at the same time.
