Posting Deadline Extended

The NLRB requirement to post a “Notice of Employee Rights” under the National Labor Relations Act has been postponed from November 14, 2011, to January 31, 2012. The postponement comes after several complaints were filed in court challenging the rule.

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration published a supplemental notice of proposed rulemaking to revise its system for registering motor carriers, brokers and freight forwarders. The Unified Registration System would combine elements into a new online system. Read more...
