Enterprise Software Your
Sales Team Will Love

Make no mistake about it, your enterprise data should be one of the most strategic assets of your organization. Information is power and the lack of it directly affects the success of your salespeople. Knowing your customers, their buying habits, their industry, and what’s going on in their world is critical.

Imagine an enterprise software system that includes fully integrated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to facilitate the managing and nurturing of your customers. Customer retention is directly related to the quality of the relationship between two organizations. What if your salespeople had sales tools that really helped them retain customers and even increase market share?

Your enterprise software is the digital entranceway to information about your business and about your customers. Can your salespeople easily retrieve information? Do they have access to data anywhere, anytime? Is the data real time? Can they view all pertinent information about a customer without going to ten different screens and having to re-enter the customer number or item number? Do your salespeople have a dashboard that allows them to prioritize their day?

We believe your success is tied to providing your sales force with tools that give them up-to-the-minute information in the palms of their hands while they’re frontline with the customer or wherever they may be.

Yet why do so many CRM initiatives fail? The biggest single reason is integration or the lack of it! Your CRM software should be easy to use and accessible by your sales team, anywhere, anytime, using any device without the cost and complexity of an integration project.

With the power of information at their fingertips, your sales team will have the ability to provide true customer intimacy and, as a result, be better equipped to anticipate their needs.

TECSYS’ CRM system allows your salespeople to:

  • Manage their contacts
  • Prioritize and communicate their sales and collection activities
  • Verify price and availability
  • Enter quotes and orders
  • View meaningful historical information in any format.

An enterprise solution should be used as a competitive tool and should cover all aspects of your business. Not only does TECSYS enterprise software include CRM, it also includes a customer self-service portal to allow customers to access information using a browser.

TECSYS enterprise software uses the latest Web technologies and deployment options, and can be hosted by TECSYS or deployed on your own server. Our people will assist you every step of the way and help you achieve measurable improvements throughout your organization.

Our partnership with TrackAbout lets us offer gas distributors the industry-leading solution to turn real-world data into actionable information for better business decisions and results. Our role-based application designs allow organizations to reach high levels of operational efficiency. Don’t settle for second best when it comes to your business!

Joe Theismann Keynotes Convention

Former Washington Redskins star quarterback and Super Bowl champion Joe Theismann will join GAWDA members at the 2010 Convention in Maui. Theismann is currently the host of The Joe Theismann Radio Show and an analyst for the NFL Network’s Playbook. Theismann joins the roster of accomplished speakers who will speak at this year’s convention.

2004-05 GAWDA President Bob Thornton, president of South Jersey Welding Supply, turned the mic on Theisman in an interview for the September issue of Welding & Gases Today. While Theismann didn't talk much about the infamous leg crushing (See it here. Warning: graphic content), Thornton describes the conversation with the sports star as insightful and interesting. “Joe faced a crushing blow at the height of his career and was able to turn that experience into a vehicle for growth in an environment he loved. He is a great addition to the GAWDA convention speaker lineup.”

In honor of Theismann’s appearance at the convention, the fall issue of Welding & Gases Today will feature a retrospective of GAWDA members in their football uniforms from high school to professional levels of competition. Readers will face the challenge of identifying who’s who from among their peers. The person who can identify the most players will receive a $100 gift certificate to the NFL shop, just in time for football season. If you have a past in the sport, send your photo to Welding & Gases Today per the instructions below.

GAWDA Gives Back

GAWDA Gives Back Returns to Its Roots • Started in 2000, GAWDA Gives Back has developed into a great tradition, accruing donations of almost $1 million over its 10-year existence. Every year, GAWDA selects a charity in the community where the Annual Convention is being held. Under the leadership of 2000 President Dave Mahoney, GAWDA’s first Gives Back campaign took place in Maui, with donations going to the Maui Adult Day Care Center. This year, President Jenny McCall selected Child and Family Service, Hawaii’s oldest and most established nonprofit organization, as the recipient of GAWDA’s donations. The organization’s Community Closet program, which supports mothers in need, will be the benefactor of all gifts. GAWDA Gives Back will establish a line of credit at a local retailer for the purchase of baby supplies, such as diapers, wipes, formula, baby food, blankets and car seats.
