We
are currently seeking candidates for the following positions:
Senior
Level Writer/Editor
Responsible for the editing of press release
material as well as guest written articles, the Writer/Editor
will also be responsible for interviewing association members
regarding various industry-specific topics. This position
requires strong communication skills and a passion for customer
service. The successful candidate will enjoy high visibility,
nationwide, within specific niche industries.
Senior
Level Sales Person
Responsible
for managing relationships with senior level executives,
nationwide, the successful candidate will possess strong
selling skills as well as an ability to act as a point person,
representing the marketing communications needs of his or
her client with various DKC team members. 97% of our customers
are located outside of New York State. Relationships with
our base of customers are managed via telephone, email,
fax and overnight delivery. This is not a telemarketing
position. The successful candidate will enjoy high visibility,
nationwide, within specific niche industries.

positions at Data Key Communications include:
Online
Designer
Responsible for the development of web sites,
distance learning sites and online publications, the designer
will also be expected to support graphics personnel in the
creation of materials for our printed publications. The
successful candidate will have creative muscle, as well
as a desire to work in a team environment with design, programming,
editorial and sales personnel. Experience with one or more
of the following is expected: Illustrator, Photoshop, Quark,
Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Flash, dhtml, scripting and multimedia
development. This position requires strong communication
skills and a passion for customer service.
Print
Designer
Responsible for the design and layout of magazines, the
designer will also be expected to pre-flight and process
digital advertising files, design and create advertising
as needed and maintain organized archival files for future
use. The successful candidate will be creative,
organized and have a desire to work in a team environment
with editorial and sales personnel. Experience in design
is expected along with one or more of the following tools:
Illustrator, Photoshop, QuarkXpress and Acrobat. This position
requires strong communication skills, a penchant for details
and the ability to meet aggressive deadlines.
Administrative
Assistant
Responsible for a variety of daily and periodic
tasks including reception, billing, mailing and related
support efforts, this position serves as the "frontline"
contact with our partners and customers. The successful
candidate must have outstanding people and communication
skills, be able to work in a constantly changing and demanding
environment, and exhibit both an eye for detail and a passion
for outstanding customer service.
